At Seymour Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
- All original packaging, certificates, and warranties must be included.
- Custom-designed pieces and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at seymourjewelers@gmail.com or visit us in-store. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exchanges
We maintain a high standard of quality control. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please send us an email to arrange an exchange.
